Gavin Aiken
Chairman
Gavin has been chairman since 2022 taking over from his father the company founder. Director since 2017. First involved in the business in 1990.
Jon Nicklin
Finance Director
Jon joined Mainline Haulage in 2023 as Finance Director having previously held various senior positions in a wide variety of organisations in both public and private sector.
Paul Watkins
Business Development Manager
Paul has been with Mainline Haulage since 1988, working in various roles before recently taking on the role of Business Development Manager.
Steve Austin
Fleet & Compliance Operations Manager
Steve returned to Mainline Haulage in 2023 after a short spell with the Police Service. Steve oversees the Fleet and Compliance for Mainline Haulage.
Gary Reynolds
Warehouse Operations Manager
Gary joined Mainline Haulage in 2017 as a HGV Driver and has worked various roles, most recently becoming our Warehouse Operations Manager.
Sean O’Connor
Transport & Planning Operations Manager
Sean joined Mainline Haulage in 2021 working in a variety of traffic planning roles before taking on the lead role heading up our Transport and Planning team.
