Chairman
Gavin has been chairman since 2022 taking over from his father the company founder. Director since 2017. First involved in the business in 1990.
Damien Lack
Managing Director
Damien joined Mainline Haulage as Managing Director in 2023 having spent 15 years in logistics across the express parcel and retail sectors.
Jon Nicklin
Finance Director
Jon joined Mainline Haulage in 2023 as Finance Director having previously held various senior positions in a wide variety of organisations in both public and private sector.
Steve Austin
Fleet & Compliance Operations Manager
Steve returned to Mainline Haulage in 2023 after a short spell with the Police Service. Steve oversees the Fleet and Compliance for Mainline Haulage
Paul Watkins
Business Development Manager
Paul has been with Mainline Haulage since 1988, working in various roles before recently taking on the role of Business Development Manager

Training Manager
Gary joined Mainline Haulage in 2017 as a HGV Driver and has worked various roles before taking on the role of Training Manager

John joined Mainline Haulage in 2024 as Backshift Manager having spent many years in various warehouse manager roles
