If you think you have something to offer Mainline Haulage, then we’d love to hear from you

Established in 1974.

Mainline Haulage has come a long way since founder Ron Aiken’s transit van operating out of the forecourt of Mainline Service Station in Wolverhampton.

We now operate a fleet of 40 vehicles from a state-of-the-art distribution and warehousing facility 3 miles from our original location. Our 11-acre site at Neachells Park offers over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space and a 3-bay in-house maintenance facility.

Our values and culture have remained the same. We always keep our promise to deliver so you, in turn, can give your customers the best service possible.

Operating in six key areas, we’re a trusted supply chain jigsaw piece for some of the UK’s largest businesses, with products we’ve safely transported ending up everywhere from Starbucks to Wetherspoons.

What’s it like working at Mainline?

No two days are the same at Mainline. I work in a fast-paced environment where I must ensure that, as a company, we’re meeting our customers’ demands and delivering excellent service. That’s easier because we have a great team committed to their job, from warehouse staff to drivers. Everyone tries to do the best they can for the customer. Every day sets a new challenge, and with that comes a feel-good feeling at the end of each day.

Sean, Transport & Planning Supervisor

I’ve been with the company for 3 ½ years and have enjoyed every minute. I work on the warehouse team, so my day-to-day job involves loading and unloading trailers, strapping the loads, and shunting vehicles. My work colleagues are great, and I feel part of a team always willing to help each other. Mainline is a fantastic company to work for and is always looking for ways to improve the business and upskill staff.

This reflects the company’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting a culture of continuous learning. I am genuinely grateful to be part of such a supportive team.
